Hello kiddies my name is Danny Gunns and I'll be your bass player this evening, and hopefully more to come.

Anyhoo, I got into playing music at about the age of 12 when I got my sweet Squier Strat pack for Christmas.  Soon after, I was trying to figure out how to play every Metallica song ever and in case you were wondering, that didn't go well. A few years later, I gave up my music career because I discovered cars, girls and illegal substances.  After a few years of hell with those three, I picked up guitar again. I started my first original punk rock band called The Sexy Alcoholix. Yeah, we didn't do much. Then started an original hardcore band Vanity Revenue. We had a pretty good run playing shows from Fletchers in Baltimore to Bad Fish in Solomons Island.

While in that band I met these cover kids in this Vinyl Rhino band that we all know and love today. I played guitar with them a few times and drank with them even more times.   They went on "hiatus" around the same time as did my original band :( but about a year later I got a call saying that Vinyl Rhino was getting back together! But they needed a bass player.......so I went out and bought some bass gear and the rest, as they say, is history.
